Pricing - Business and Residential Service

Here at Express Techs, we do our best to keep our rates as low as possible. We also believe that just because you are in business, you should not have to pay more for service.

Keeping our prices as low as possible is our objective. For only $59, we will come to your Home or Office and diagnose your problem. If you choose to have us complete the repairs, the $59 diagnosis fee will be waived and then it is only $85 for the first hour (one hour minimum) and then $40 per half hour after that (with a $205 maximum charge for one computer no matter how long it takes).

Unfortunately, with the price of fuel these days, most companies are raising their rates to off-set these costs. We are not looking to raise rates but charge a $5 fuel-surcharge (depending on mileage - over 15 miles and up to 60 miles from Fair Oaks) to help with the rising costs of doing business. We feel this course of action will be cheaper for you, our customer, while allowing us to stay competitive. We hope you agree.

Computer Hardware / Software Installation or Upgrade

• Clean inside/outside of your computer case
• Backup all of your personal files, drivers and email
• Reformat (Erase) your computers hard drive
• Reload a fresh copy of your Windows operating system
• Apply all of the latest Windows patches and updates
• Defragment and optimize the computer's hard drive
• Install all printers, scanners, etc.
• Install your current Internet provider software
• Install Virus & Spyware Protection
• Setup your email
• Install all of your software

Most of these services will be 1 to 1.5 hours ($85.00 to $125.00)
